How to choose:

How to use:
1. Pre-Startup Inspection: Check the water tank level, chemical concentration, nozzle and roller status to ensure the equipment is clean and free of impurities.
2. Startup and Preheating: Connect the power supply to start the equipment, preheat it, and adjust the temperature, plate running speed and spray pressure to the standard parameters.
3. Plate Feeding and Processing: Smoothly feed the exposed plates into the plate inlet, and the equipment automatically completes the processes of developing, rinsing, gumming and drying.
4. Post-Processing Inspection: After plate output, check the clarity and cleanliness of graphics and texts on the plate surface, and fine-tune the parameters to ensure uniform plate making quality.
5. Shutdown and Cleaning: After the operation is completed, empty the residual liquid, clean the nozzles and rollers, keep the equipment clean, turn off the power supply and store the equipment properly.

Q1: Incomplete plate development, residual glue/dirty spots
Cause: Low temperature, too fast speed, insufficient chemical concentration, blocked brush/cartridge.
Solution: Raise the temperature to 22–25°C, reduce the speed, replenish the developer concentrate in proportion, and clean or replace the brush and cartridge.
Q2: Plate surface gets dirty, printing gets dirty
Cause: Incomplete water washing, low protective glue concentration, incomplete dirt removal, residual chemical crystallization.
Solution: Strengthen secondary water washing, increase the glue concentration, standardize the dirt removal process, and regularly clean the chemical tank crystallization with oxalic acid.
Q3: Plate jamming, plate running deviation
Cause: Uneven rubber roller pressure, worn transmission parts, inclined plate feeding, damaged plate edges.
Solution: Adjust the rubber roller pressure, replace aging rubber rollers, standardize plate feeding operations, and check the plate quality.
Q4: Fast developer consumption, short service life
Cause: Too high replenishment rate, large temperature fluctuation, invalid circulation filtration, too many impurities brought in by plates.
Solution: Reduce the automatic replenishment amount, stabilize the temperature, clean or replace the cartridge, and keep the plates clean.
Q5: Insufficient drying, water marks on the plate surface
Cause: Low hot air temperature, insufficient wind speed, poor water squeezing effect of rubber rollers.
Solution: Increase the drying temperature (55–65°C), check the fan, and adjust the pressure of the water squeezing rubber rollers.
Q6: Equipment alarm (low liquid level/overtemperature)
Cause: Insufficient liquid level, heating tube failure, sensor malfunction.
Solution: Replenish the liquid, check the heating elements, and calibrate or replace the sensor.
