MT webfed offset ink for books and periodicals is specially developed for high-speed webfed printing equipment, ideal for high-volume text and image printing of books, textbooks, magazines, periodicals, newspapers and other publications. Adopting fast-drying formula with excellent fluidity and stable water-ink balance, it is suitable for high-speed continuous printing. The ink delivers clear writing, no show-through, and good rub resistance. With proper drying speed matching webfed process, it ensures no smearing or piling during long-run printing. Eco-friendly, low-odor and cost-effective, it is the preferred special ink for mass production of books and periodicals.

How to choose:
1.Equipment compatibility:
Specially designed for webfed offset presses, suitable for various high-speed web printing machines for books and periodicals, not recommended for sheetfed
presses.

How to use:
1.Basic use:
Stir well after opening, no complicated mixing required, can be directly used for high-speed printing.
2.Fine adjustment:
Adjust fluidity slightly according to press speed by adding a small amount of special webfed ink conditioner. Do not dilute heavily to avoid affecting definition and rub resistance.
3.Drying adjustment:
Add a tiny amount of special additives in low-temperature and humid environment to accelerate drying.
4.Printing environment:
Recommended temperature 18–28℃, humidity 50%–75% to maintain stable water-ink balance and reliable high-speed printing.
5.Storage:
Store sealed in a cool and dark place at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight and freezing. Reseal promptly after opening to prevent skinning and deterioration.
