How to use:

1. Installation and Commissioning
• Fix the main unit according to the reserved hole positions of the printing press, connect the air source/power supply/water tank.
• Install the cleaning cloth reel, thread the cloth to the recovery roller, and adjust the tension.
• Touch screen settings: cleaning time, liquid spray volume, color group selection, number of cycles.
• No-load test: normal cloth feeding, wetting, ink scraping and recovery, no cloth jamming or liquid leakage.

2. Daily Operation (One-Click Cleaning)
• The printing press is running normally, and the blanket needs cleaning due to dirt.
