MT Gold Ink and Silver Ink are high-grade special color inks specially designed for offset printing. Adopting high-quality metallic pigments and stable resin formulation, they feature pure color, strong metallic texture, and fine & even printing performance. Compatible with conventional sheetfed presses, they deliver good on-press stability, resist oxidation and blackening, and offer strong adhesion. They can partially replace traditional hot stamping gold and silver processes, achieving high-end metallic decorative effects at a lower cost, and are widely used in high-end printing scenarios such as packaging boxes, tags, greeting cards, labels, and color pages.

How to choose:
1.By process selection:

How to use:
1.Preparation: Must be stirred fully before use to ensure even dispersion of metallic pigments and avoid color difference or darkening.
2.On-press printing: Recommended for separate ink unit to avoid mixing with ordinary color inks. Stable production can be achieved with conventional offset parameters.
3.Fine adjustment: Add a small amount of special ink conditioner if fluidity is insufficient. Heavy dilution is prohibited to avoid weakening metallic luster and reducing adhesion.
4.Drying & post-press: Ensure full drying before stacking, laminating and die-cutting to prevent scratching and ink transfer.
5.Storage: Sealed, shaded, cool and dry storage to isolate air and reduce oxidation. Use up as soon as possible after opening.
