Product Description

   LED UV drying equipment is an industrial device that takes UVLED chips as the core light source. It emits ultraviolet rays of specific wavelengths to make photosensitive materials such as UV ink, UV varnish and UV glue undergo photopolymerization reaction instantly, realizing rapid drying and curing.

   Widely used in offset printing, flexo printing, gravure printing, label printing, packaging printing, sheet coating, electronic component bonding and other fields, it replaces the traditional mercury lamp UV drying method. It has the advantages of instant on, low-temperature drying, low energy consumption, no ozone and long service life. How to use:

1. Installation and Fixation
 Install the LEDUV drying equipment at the paper outlet of the printing press/behind the glazing unit.
Connect the power supply, heat dissipation system (fan/chiller) and control signal lines.
Adjust the distance between the light source and the substrate to ensure uniform irradiation.

2. Parameter Setting
Set the UV power according to the printing speed and ink type.
Turn on the linkage mode to realize synchronous start and stop of the printing press and the light source.
Set the heat dissipation fan/chiller to start first and stop later to protect the lamp beads.

3. Normal Production Operation
 Start the heat dissipation system first, then turn on the LEDUV light source when starting the machine.
Print a small number of products for testing, check the curing degree, surface dryness and whether there is smudging.
Observe the temperature, current and light intensity during production to ensure stable operation.

4. Daily Maintenance
 Regularly clean the surface of the LED lamp head to prevent dust and ink from blocking.
