Product Description
High-quality Water-based Ink For Hang Tags And Self-adhesive Labels, high Adhesion Water Ink, Fast Drying Ink, Low Odor Water Ink, Food Grade Packaging Ink, Label Special Ink
Special water-based ink for hangtags and adhesive labels, developed for coated paper, matte film, glossy film, all types of clothing hangtags and sticker substrates. Eco water formula with low VOC and mild odor for safe compliance. Optimized for hard-to-adhere film surfaces with outstanding adhesion, forming smooth fine ink film with high-definition transparent patterns & texts, scratch & rub resistant without ink peeling or sticking back. Stable fluidity on presses compatible with high/low-speed flexo and letterpress equipment, widely used for mass printing of clothing hangtags, care labels, adhesive stickers and cultural creative tags as premium eco consumable for label & paper hangtag printing.
Product Features
1. Strong Adhesion Compatible with Laminated Materials:
Dense tough cured film resistant to dry rubbing and scratching after cutting, stacking and transportation with long-lasting stable print texture
for hangtags.
2. High Definition Premium Printing Texture:
Ultra-fine even ink with strong tinting power and high color saturation, precise dot reproduction for sharp tiny texts & delicate patterns free of
color bleeding, blurring or ink flying to upgrade label & hangtag grade greatly.
3. Stable On-Press Mass Production:
Uniform viscosity & fluidity with low foaming and sedimentation, free of plate clogging during long continuous runs, low defect rate for all label
printing equipment.
4. Fast Drying Anti-Blocking High Efficiency Production:
Moderate rapid curing without adhesion after cutting & stacking, eliminating long airing time for mass continuous output.
How to Choose
1. By Printing Substrate:
General grade for plain paper hangtags; high-adhesion special grade for glossy/matte film adhesive stickers; enhanced color fixing grade for
smooth laminated surfaces.
2. By Finished Product Requirement:
Cost-effective general grade for simple texts & solid color blocks; high-definition fine grade for delicate LOGOs and gradient patterns;
enhanced high abrasion grade for premium scratch-resistant hangtags.
3. By Equipment Type:
Fast-drying anti-clog grade for high-speed rotary presses; stable easy-adjust general grade for low-speed semi-automatic proofing machines.
How to use:
1. Pre-print Adjustment:
Stir ink thoroughly after opening to eliminate sediment and uniform texture. Adjust viscosity with clean water according to machine speed
and ambient temperature; no other solvents allowed. Fully clean anilox rollers and plates to remove impurity contamination.
2. On-Press Operation:
Fine-tune printing pressure and speed for thin uniform ink film. Refill and stir ink regularly during continuous runs. Overprint only after full
surface drying of previous color to prevent color mixing and smudging.
3. Cutting & Stacking:
Maintain workshop ventilation to accelerate curing. Avoid heavy tight stacking of incompletely dried prints to eliminate sticking back and color
smudging.
4. Shutdown & Storage:
Seal bucket lid tightly during short stops to prevent skinning and drying. Fully clean ink circuits and plates after long shutdowns. Seal unused
ink and store in cool shaded places, use before expiry.

Welcome to visit our company and factory .
Q1: Is this water-based ink for hangtags eco-friendly and odorless?
A: Pure water eco formula low VOC, benzene-free, no hazardous solvents with mild residual-free odor fully complying with eco standards, applicable to clothing hangtags, label stickers and commercial packaging adhesive printing.
Q2: Can it print on glossy/matte laminated adhesive stickers?
A: Yes, improved special ink for laminated surfaces optimized for low-absorption glossy & matte coated paper, solving peeling issues of general water-based ink on film surfaces.
Q3: What causes ink peeling after hangtag printing, cutting and rubbing?
Mainly dust/oil on film surface or excessive ink dilution and thin ink layer. Clean substrate surface before printing, control water addition and maintain proper ink thickness. Select high-adhesion grade for smooth laminated materials.
Q4: How to solve scratching and fading after hangtag cutting and rubbing?
Caused by incomplete curing or thin ink film plus heavy stacking friction. Extend air drying time and boost workshop ventilation, cut and stack only after full curing to greatly improve scratch & abrasion resistance.
Q5: What causes blurry patterns and rough edges after printing?
Usually thin ink, mismatched anilox roller or excessive printing pressure. Increase ink concentration appropriately, adjust printing pressure and match corresponding anilox roller to sharpen pattern edges and clarity.
Q6: What causes uneven mottled solid color printing?
Caused by insufficient ink stirring and unstable viscosity. Stir thoroughly before use and refill & stir ink regularly during production to maintain consistent fluidity and eliminate uneven color mottling.
Q7: How to solve plate clogging and broken lines during high-speed printing?
Stable on-press performance; clogging & foaming mainly from excessive water dilution, impurity mixing or long ink standing. Adjust viscosity with small repeated clean water additions, stir ink regularly during long production runs.
Q8: Will stacked finished prints stick back after printing & lamination?
Caused by insufficient drying. Improve workshop ventilation and increase drying speed, reduce single stacking thickness and winding pressure, only carry out winding, stacking and lamination after full ink curing.
Q9: How to select the most suitable ink for different hangtag materials?
General grade for plain paper hangtags; high-adhesion grade for glossy/matte film adhesive stickers; high-definition fine grade for premium delicate LOGO & tiny text printing; enhanced high abrasion grade for external scratch-resistant labels.
Q10: Can water be added to dilute and are other additives allowed?
Only pure water dilution permitted, no solvents or unapproved third-party additives. Adjust viscosity with small repeated water additions according to machine speed and temperature to avoid reduced adhesion and blurry prints from excessive water.
Q11: Can ink with sediment after long storage still be used?
Light sediment is normal physical phenomenon; stir thoroughly before use without affecting performance. Filter or replace if caking or non-uniform mixing occurs.
Q12: How to store ink and maintain machines during shutdown?
Seal and store in cool dry shaded places protected from high/low temperature and sunlight. Tighten bucket lid and keep ink tank moist during short stops to prevent skinning. Fully clean plates and ink circuits after long shutdowns.
