Eco-friendly water-based ink specially developed for thin porous tissue, toilet paper, napkins and facial tissue. Eco water formula with low VOC, no residual hazardous substances for safe compliance. Good ink penetration with even tinting compatible with high-speed tissue flexo lines for sharp transparent texts & patterns, rub resistant free of powder dropping and fading. How to Choose
1. By Paper Substrate:
General grade for regular toilet paper & napkins; high penetration low bleed grade for ultra-thin soft skin-friendly tissue.
2. By Printing Effect:
High hiding grade for large solid background; high-definition fine grade for tiny texts & LOGOs; stable color general grade for multi-color
overprinting.
How to use:
1. Pre-print Adjustment:
Stir ink thoroughly after opening to eliminate sediment. Adjust viscosity with clean water according to machine speed and ambient
temperature; no other solvents allowed. Fully clean plates and anilox rollers to remove impurities.
2. On-Press Operation:
Fine-tune printing pressure and speed for thin uniform ink film. Refill and stir ink regularly during continuous runs. Overprint only after full
drying of previous color.
3. Winding & Stacking:
Maintain workshop ventilation to accelerate curing. Avoid heavy tight stacking of incompletely dried prints to eliminate sticking back and color
smudging.
4. Shutdown & Storage:
Seal tightly during short stops to prevent skinning. Fully clean ink circuits and plates after long shutdowns. Seal unused ink and store in cool
shaded places, use up quickly.

Q4: How to fix powder shedding and fading after tissue rubbing?
Caused by incomplete curing or thick ink film. Ensure well-ventilated drying workshop, reduce ink layer thickness and extend curing time, avoid heavy stacking of incompletely dried prints to greatly boost rub resistance.
Q5: How to solve plate clogging, ink breaking and foaming during high-speed printing?
Stir ink thoroughly before use to eliminate sediment, adjust viscosity with clean water as required without adding other solvents, stir and refill ink regularly during high-speed runs to maintain stable fluidity and prevent clogging, foaming and ink breakage.
Q6: Will winding and stacking prints stick together after printing?
Caused by insufficient drying. Improve workshop ventilation and increase drying speed, reduce single stacking thickness and winding pressure, only stack after full ink curing.

Q8: Can water be added to dilute the ink and what is the ratio?

Q10: Can ink with sediment after long storage still be used?
Light sediment is normal physical phenomenon; stir thoroughly before use without affecting performance. Discard if caking or non-uniform mixing occurs.
