How to use:
1. Pre-print Adjustment:
Stir ink thoroughly after opening to eliminate sediment and uniform texture. Only adjust viscosity with small repeated clean water additions;
no organic solvents allowed. Fully clean gravure rollers and ink tanks to remove impurity contamination.
2. On-Press Operation:
Fine-tune printing pressure and drying temperature according to cell depth and machine speed for even ink filling and full leveling. Refill and
stir ink regularly during continuous runs. Overprint only after full surface drying of previous color to prevent color mixing.
3. Drying & Winding:
Maintain steady drying air temperature and wind speed to ensure full ink curing. Control winding tension and stacking thickness, avoid heavy
tight stacking of incompletely dried prints to eliminate sticking back and color smudging.
4. Shutdown & Storage:
Seal and keep moist during short stops to prevent roller skinning. Fully clean plates and ink circuits after long shutdowns. Seal unused ink
and store in cool shaded places, use quickly after opening.
