How to Choose

How to use:

1. Stir thoroughly before use:

Mix the whole bucket evenly after opening to eliminate standing sediment and consistent ink concentration without color difference.

2. Viscosity adjustment:

 Stock ink can be printed directly; only add pure water for over-viscous ink, no other solvents allowed.

3. On-press Operation:

Adopt flexo equipment with controlled printing speed for thin, even ink film to avoid ink accumulation and dragging.

4. Hot Air Curing:

Turn on hot air drying to accelerate film formation and improve water & heat resistance to prevent adhesion during stacking.

5. Shutdown Maintenance:

Keep plates moist during short stops; thoroughly clean anilox rollers and plates after long shutdown to avoid ink caking and mesh blockage.

6. Storage:

Tighten lid after use, store sealed in cool shaded places at room temperature to prevent water evaporation and skinning.

Yes, it can be used independently.
