How to Choose

How to use:

1. Pre-print Adjustment:

Stir ink thoroughly after opening to eliminate sediment. Adjust viscosity with clean water according to machine speed and ambient

temperature; no other solvents allowed. Fully clean anilox rollers and plates to remove impurities.

2. On-Press Operation:

Set appropriate printing pressure and speed for thin uniform ink film. Refill and stir ink regularly during continuous runs. Overprint only after

full surface drying of previous color to prevent color mixing and smudging.

3. Drying & Stacking:

Air dry with ventilation to accelerate curing. Avoid heavy tight stacking of incompletely dried prints to eliminate sticking back, color smudging

and ink cracking.

4. Shutdown & Storage:

Seal tightly during short stops to prevent skinning. Fully clean ink circuits and plates after long shutdowns. Seal unused ink and store in cool

shaded places, use within shelf life.

Q1: Can this water-based ink be used alone?

Yes, it can be used independently.

Q2: Will delamination or floating pigment occur after mixing?
