How to use:
1. Stir thoroughly before use. No dilution is required under normal working conditions for direct on-machine coating.

4. Clean roller equipment with clean water after operation to prevent varnish drying and clogging.
5. Store in a sealed, cool and shaded place, away from fire sources and high-temperature environments.

Q1: What causes insufficient gloss after coating?
Caused by inadequate stirring, ultra-thin coating or low drying temperature. Properly increase the coating dosage and raise the drying temperature to restore high-gloss effect.
Q2: How to solve decreased wear resistance of high-gloss varnish?
Ensure the bottom ink is completely dried before coating. Increase curing temperature and form a standard thick film, and avoid production under low temperature and low speed.
Q3: How to solve foaming and shrinkage cavities during varnish application?
Mainly caused by excessive workshop humidity and dust impurities on rollers or plates. Clean the equipment and substrates and control workshop humidity for improvement.
Q4: How to solve adhesion and smudging of stacked coated products?
Reduce machine running speed and strengthen drying & curing. Control coating dosage to avoid incomplete curing caused by excessive film thickness.
Q5: Can it be mixed with ordinary varnish?
Mixing is not recommended. It will damage the high-gloss and wear-resistant film structure, resulting in dim gloss, reduced wear resistance and foggy film surface.
Q6: Can it completely replace the lamination process?
It can fully replace lamination for conventional high-end packaging and picture albums. Lamination is recommended for enhanced protection in outdoor and heavy friction working conditions.
Q7: Is dilution with auxiliaries required?
The finished product is pre-adjusted for direct use in normal production. Arbitrary dilution is prohibited, otherwise the gloss and wear resistance will be reduced.
