Product Description
Enhances UV ink slip properties, improves surface abrasion resistance, and strengthens anti-scratch performance. Typical addition rate: 1–3%. Excessive addition may affect downstream hot foil stamping performance.
UV Surface Enhancer is a high-performance functional auxiliary agent specially developed for UV curing systems. It is widely used in UV inks, UV varnishes and UV coatings to comprehensively upgrade the surface performance of cured films. This product effectively improves surface gloss, smoothness, hardness, abrasion resistance and adhesion of UV finished products. It perfectly solves common defects such as foggy surface, poor flatness, low hardness, easy scratching and insufficient adhesion of UV printing and coating products. With excellent UV system compatibility, it does not affect the original curing speed, transparency and color tone, greatly improving the surface texture and overall grade of finished products.

Storage Method
Store in a cool, dry, dark and ventilated indoor environment. Avoid direct ultraviolet irradiation, high temperature baking and humid damp conditions. Keep the container tightly sealed after use to prevent moisture absorption, impurity contamination and performance attenuation. Keep away from fire sources, heat equipment and strong oxidizing substances. Recommended storage temperature: 10℃–25℃. The sealed shelf life is 12 months under normal storage conditions.
