Enhances product abrasion and scratch resistance. Typical addition rate: 2–5%. Excessive addition may affect downstream hot foil stamping performance.
Abrasion-Resistant Agent is a high-performance functional auxiliary widely used in UV inks, solvent-based inks, water-based coatings, varnishes and various surface coating systems. It is specially developed to improve the surface friction resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance of coated and printed products. The agent can effectively reduce surface friction coefficient, prevent scratches, abrasion and peeling caused by frequent friction and extrusion. With high compatibility and stable performance, it will not affect the original gloss, adhesion, curing speed and color tone of the base material, greatly improving the durability and surface finish of finished products.

Storage Method
Store in a cool, dry, dark and well-ventilated indoor place. Avoid long-term high temperature, direct sunlight and humid environment. Keep the container tightly sealed after use to prevent moisture absorption, dust and impurity contamination. Keep away from fire sources, heat sources and strong corrosive chemicals. Recommended storage temperature: 10℃–25℃. The sealed shelf life is 12 months under normal storage conditions.
