Product Description

UV Tack Reducer

Tack reducers decrease ink tack without affecting ink body, also known as de-tackifiers. During sheetfed and letterpress printing, issues such as paper fiber picking — caused by poor fiber bonding, insufficient water resistance, inadequate surface coating, excessive ink tack, excess drier, or low workshop temperatures — can lead to plate piling and clogging. Appropriate addition of tack reducer can overcome these issues. Typical dosage: 3–5% of ink weight.

It is an essential auxiliary material for UV printing factories, UV coating processing and ink formula adjustment.

Storage Method 

Store in a cool, dry, dark and ventilated indoor environment, strictly avoid long-term direct ultraviolet sunlight and high temperature exposure. Keep the container tightly sealed after use to prevent moisture absorption and impurity contamination. Keep away from fire sources, heat equipment and strong oxidizing substances. Recommended storage temperature: 10℃–25℃. The shelf life is 12 months under sealed and normal storage conditions.
