Q1.Why is the printed color off, greenish or dull?
Insufficient stirring or excessive water causing emulsification. Reduce plate water supply and stir thoroughly to restore the standard rich gold shade.
Q2.Why is the metallic luster weak and finish dull?
Insufficient ink supply or excessive printing pressure. Increase ink supply moderately and reduce pressure to retain metallic pigment luster.
Q3.Why do finished products blacken and fade during storage?
Exposure to air causes oxidation. Store in a sealed container.
Q4.Why does plate scumming and ink-water imbalance occur easily on press?
Gold powder settles easily, causing abnormal viscosity. Stir the ink trough frequently and strictly control water usage to prevent ink emulsification.
Q5.Can it be mixed with regular color inks?
Mixing is not recommended. It will distort the metallic hue, cause color chaos, and reduce offset press stability.
Q6.Do I need to add auxiliary additives for adjustment?
Use directly on press under normal conditions; a small amount of ink oil can be added if fluidity is poor. Do not add drying agents arbitrarily.
Q7.Is it compatible with UV printing or flexographic equipment?
This product is a gold ink dedicated to conventional offset printing; it is incompatible with UV units and flexographic equipment. Cross-machine mixing is prohibited.
