Q1.Why is the printed color dull and lacking rich red tone?
Insufficient stirring of settled ink or excessive water on the plate. Reduce water supply and stir thoroughly to restore the standard warm red gold shade.
Q2.Why is the metallic luster weak and the finish flat?
Insufficient ink supply or excessive printing pressure. Increase ink supply moderately and reduce pressure to retain metallic effects.
Q3.Why do finished products blacken and fade during storage?
Oxidation caused by air exposure. Store in a sealed container.
Q4.Why does emulsification, plate scumming, and ink-water imbalance occur easily on press?
Metallic pigment viscosity fluctuations and settling. Stir the ink trough regularly and strictly control water usage to prevent ink emulsification failure.
5.Can it be mixed with other inks?
Mixing is not recommended. It will distort the standard red gold hue, reduce metallic luster, and cause unstable press performance.
