Compressed sponge made from pure fibers — does not wear the plate surface. Resistant to oils and chemicals. Strong water absorption, high tensile strength. Individually compressed packaging for convenient storage.
Dampening Sponge is a special hydrophilic sponge used in the offset printing dampening system. It has excellent water absorption, water storage and uniform water transfer performance, ensuring stable and even water supply to the plate. With good flexibility, high wear resistance and fast rebound, it fits closely with the roller surface, effectively stabilizing water-ink balance, reducing scumming and streaking, and ensuring consistent printing quality.
