Corn Starch Anti Set Off Powder

Product Description

Food-grade corn starch raw material with uniform particle size. Effectively isolates ink to prevent set-off caused by undried ink. Available in different mesh sizes: 300 mesh, 500 mesh, and 800 mesh.

Anti-Set-Off Powder is a fine anti-offset auxiliary powder used in offset printing to prevent printed sheets from sticking, smudging, ink transfer and scratching during stacking and drying. It forms a uniform and thin isolation layer between paper sheets, improves air circulation and accelerates ink drying. With fine and uniform particles, moderate adhesion and good fluidity, it does not affect printing gloss, color and subsequent processing, effectively improving printing yield and production efficiency.

Application Scope 

Specially used for anti-set-off protection in offset printing, suitable for paper packaging, posters, books, periodicals, brochures, high-density color printing and high-speed sheet-fed printing. Especially ideal for high-ink-volume, high-gloss and thick paper printing jobs.


Storage Method

Store in a cool, dry, ventilated and dust-free place, away from moisture, high temperature, direct sunlight and open flames. Keep sealed tightly after use to prevent moisture agglomeration. Recommended storage temperature: 10℃–25℃. Sealed shelf life is 18 months under normal conditions.
