Product Description
Used to adjust UV ink flow properties. Typical dosage: 2–5%. Addition does not affect ink gloss or adhesion, and has minimal impact on drying performance.
UV Ink Reducer is a special auxiliary oil designed for adjusting UV curing inks. It is mainly used to dilute ink concentration, reduce viscosity, improve fluidity and leveling performance without affecting UV curing speed and film-forming effect. It can increase transparency, soften color saturation, adjust printing suitability and reduce wire drawing and splashing during printing. With good compatibility with most UV inks, it ensures stable color, no precipitation, no yellowing and maintains good adhesion and abrasion resistance after curing.

Application Scope

Storage Method
Store in a cool, dry, dark and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, high temperature and fire sources. Keep tightly sealed after use to prevent skin formation and contamination. Recommended storage temperature: 10℃–25℃. Sealed shelf life is 12 months under normal conditions.
