UV Flexographic Ink is a UV-curable ink specially formulated for flexographic printing. It is compatible with both in-line and off-line high-speed flexo production lines, and suitable for paper, plastic films, and self-adhesive substrates. Featuring a solvent-free, low-odor formula with optimized rheology for anilox roll feeding, it ensures excellent ink transfer, no anilox clogging, and uniform color development. With instant UV curing, strong adhesion, and high scratch resistance, it is compatible with all post-processing operations. Widely used in mass flexo production of labels, food packaging, cartons, and flexible packaging.

Q1.Why do bubbles and uneven coating occur on press?
Excessive ink flow or press speed. Reduce machine speed and allow ink to degas before use to eliminate bubbles and streaks.
Q2.Why is ink sticky after curing and rolls stick together?
UV lamp aging or excessive line speed. Clean lamp covers, slow down production, and increase curing intensity.
Q3.Why does ink peel with poor adhesion on different substrates?
Substrate dust or high static. Clean the material and add a small amount of special adhesion promoter if needed.
Q4.Why does anilox clog during long runs?
High ambient temperature or ink sedimentation. Stir ink regularly and clean anilox rolls intermittently to prevent clogging.
Q5.Can it be mixed with UV offset ink?
Not recommended. Different rheology and viscosity systems cause uneven feeding, curing failure, and print defects.
Q6.Can water be added to adjust viscosity?
No. Only use dedicated UV thinner to fine-tune viscosity without affecting curing or adhesion.
