How to choose:

1.By equipment type: Specially designed for sheetfed offset presses, compatible with all kinds of domestic and imported sheetfed printing equipment; not recommended for web presses.

2.By printing application: Preferred for packaging boxes, commercial posters, DM leaflets and other printing jobs.

3.By substrate type: Suitable for mainstream printing substrates including art paper, matte art paper, white cardboard, grey back white board, offset paper, etc.

4.By quality requirement: Recommended for printing conditions pursuing saturated color, high gloss, low waste and stable mass production.

How to use:

1.Basic application:

Stir the original ink thoroughly before direct press use; no extra mixing required for conventional printing conditions.

2.Performance adjustment:

 Add a small amount of special ink conditioner if fluidity is insufficient; use a small quantity of viscosity reducer if tack is too high. Do not dilute heavily to avoid damaging gloss and drying properties.

3.Drying adjustment:

In low-temperature and high-humidity environments, a proper amount of special desiccant can be added to accelerate through-drying and prevent smearing and sticking.

4.Environmental requirements:

Optimal printing environment at 18–25℃ and humidity 50%–70% to maintain stable water-ink balance and ensure printing results.

5.Storage:

Store sealed at room temperature in a cool, dry and dark place; avoid exposure and freezing. Reseal promptly after opening to prevent oxidation and skinning.
